Q1: How can I get a quotation for a custom display?
Please provide your design artwork or pictures, the required dimensions, material preferences, and the order quantity. We will provide a quote based on these details.
Q2: What if I don't have a specific design?
No problem! We can provide 1 to 3 creative design options based on your requirements. We reserve the design rights until the formal order is placed.
Q3: What is the policy regarding samples?
Small samples can often be provided for free. For larger samples, a fee is required which will be fully refunded once the mass production order is confirmed. Freight is usually covered by the customer.
Q4: How long does mass production take?
Generally, mass production takes around 15 days. For quantities between 100-1000 sets, we can often complete production within 8-10 days after design approval.
Q5: What are the available packaging options?
We offer flat packing (most cost-effective for shipping), semi-assembled packing, or fully assembled packing depending on your project needs.
Q6: Are the materials used environmentally friendly?
Yes, all our displays are made from high-quality, 100% recyclable corrugated cardboard and eco-friendly coatings.
