2. Can I get a sample and how long will it take?
Yes, we can provide samples based on your requirements. Once the order is confirmed, the sample cost part will be refunded. Lead time: 7-10 days.
3. What kind of files do you accept for artwork?
AI and TIFF are the best formats. JPG, PDF, EPS, and PSD are also acceptable. All artwork must be 300 DPI or above.
4. How do you ensure product quality?
We provide pre-production samples for your approval, or we can produce goods according to the quality of the samples you send to us.
5. What is the standard production time?
Our standard production lead time is approximately 40-50 days.
6. What are the payment terms?
T/T: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against copy of B/L. We also accept L/C (Letter of Credit).
